DEMO DATABASE

The Bioinfile Demo Database is a simplified version of a sequence database exclusively designed for validating format and technical features, not for taxonomic classification or species-level identification. The Demo package includes a limited set of sequences that reflects a small portion of the diversity available in the complete Human Oral Microbiome (HOM) database, without comprehensively covering the health or disease conditions found in the full dataset. Additionally, the taxonomy and reference sequences included in the complete database have undergone a much higher level of curation and updateness than the Demo product.
